There
are two methods for exhibitors to enter and pay for Magic Bird Festivals
events.
1. The online
entry process enables payment via Pay Pal with either your credit or
debit card or e-check payment and there is a $12 surcharge per space to
use this process. You do not have
to have your own Pay Pal Account. Our online application / entry form
enables first time exhibitors to submit images of your work and display.
2. The download PDF application is printable for use
when sending entries via snail mail.
Fill it out and mail it with check or money order to: Magic Bird
Festivals, P. O. Box 1803,
Cave Creek, AZ
85327. Our
experience is that US mail in the contiguous US takes one to three
business days.
3. Confirmation of
acceptance and detailed event participation instructions are sent via
e-mail soon after each entry is submitted and paid. Entries are accepted
until events are filled. Remember, categories are limited. Never hesitate
to check for availability at any time via e-mail at ccmagicbird@aol.com
or phone via 480-488-2014.
4. Be sure to read
here online our Festival Events Rules & Requirements and pay close
attention to Sales Tax & Other Licenses instructions. Exhibitors will not be allowed to set
up for a booked event until copies of all required licenses have been
provided to Magic Bird Festivals.
