they remain eligble for all festival events scheduled in that season.

Toombs, encourages all prospective exhibitors to utilize the Online or printable application-participation forms on this web site in order to submit entry(ies) to their events.
For Online applications we accept payment by credit card. For mail in entry we accept payment by check or money order. No credit cards. You must PRINT OUT, fill out and mail
your entry and payment. Our experience is that U.S. mail in
the contiguous United States takes only one to two business
days and that there is little to no advantage in sending by
more expensive priority mail.
Entries are accepted until events
are filled so do not hesitate to check by e-mail or phone for
available space in your category even one to two weeks prior
to an event. Big discounts for early & multiple entry payments!
