Magic Bird Festivals opened this new and unique indoor Artisan Market Place inside the Mesquite Room in the Lobby of the Carefree Resort in March of 2009 as our own artisan “Bail Out” plan in uneasy economic times. It was an immediate hit with resort guests and, most importantly, with local residents who we are seeing as repeat customers! We have priced your exhibit entry fee right and if you price your product right and use clever and pro-active yet courteous sales tactics, you will be successful here. Rest assured, with only 40 exhibit spaces for now and increasing exhibitor demand, Magic Bird will be able to more diligently limit categories like jewelry. This is an indoor venue so canopy tents are not needed here.

Outdoor Artisan Market Place at Cave Creek Coffee Co. & Wine Bar
Seeing the success Magic Bird Festivals created in very little time at our Artisan Market Place at Carefree Resort, the owners of Cave Creek Coffee Co. & Wine Bar in downtown Cave Creek invited us to establish a similar ongoing event at their establishment. This Artisan Market Place will be staged with a few exhibits in the east end parking lot and will extend into their south parking lot area. With room for just 40 exhibit spaces, Magic Bird will strive for variety in category and will limit each category. This is an outdoor venue so canopy tents are recommended, though optional. If canopy is used a good professional weight package is required.

This contract is non-cancelable by Exhibitor. Exhibitor and-or signer is fully responsible for all charges as outlined herein whether Exhibitor uses the contracted space or not. There will be no refunds or transfer of payment from one event to another without Magic Bird’s approval. All vendors must have a state of AZ tax privilege (resale) license and any required and relevant city or town business and-or tax licenses, if applicable. All space assignments are the final decision of Magic Bird and Magic Bird reserves the right to change space assignments as they may determine necessary. Magic Bird reserves the right to require the modification of any exhibit including prohibition of the sale of products not approved in advance of an event. All exhibit materials must meet all relevant fire and safety codes. Exhibitors agree to park in designated Exhibitor parking areas only and understand that failure to comply can result in immediate ejection from an event. I, the responsible Exhibitor or representative of same, hereby release and discharge Magic Bird Festivals, LLC, officers, employees, volunteers, venue property owners and their directors and employees, and any sponsoring organizations from any responsibility for their personal and product liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my organizations’ participation in Magic Bird Festivals, LLC events. Magic Bird Festivals, LLC and all other prior named will not be held in any way responsible by the Exhibitor organization or individuals for the safety and security of their persons and products and materials and equipment, nor for inclement weather and sales results in the process of participation. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Magic Bird Festivals, LLC, the governing body and venue property owners written and oral, and understand failure to do so could result in my immediate ejection. I agree to collect and remit required total sales tax on all sales. I understand that Magic Bird Festival events include all categories of vendor products including some select imports and promotions.
